3.3 DDR3 Features and Improvements

In addition to TI’s DDR3 controller now supporting ECC, the DSP DDR3 controller and new DDR3 SDRAMs offer five notable additional features:

  • Read leveling
  • Write leveling
  • Change in pre-fetch size
  • ZQ calibration
  • A reset pin
