3.1.4 Background CRC (BGCRC)

The Background CRC (BGCRC) is a new module for the F28002x device that can compute the CRC-32 value of a configurable block of memory. It is an upgrade on the CLAPROMCRC found in the F28004x device to test more memories than just the CLA ROM. Note that the F28002x device does not have a CLA. BGCRC was first introduced in F2838x.
