Generates statistics like sum/min/max/sum_of_sq on a given input image

  • Tuning Tool supports sum mode only. min, max and sum_of_sq not supported.

Statistics are used by algorithms like Auto Exposure, Auto White Balance.

Frame is divided into MxN sub-windows and statistics are calculated for each sub-window.

Configurable parameters for ROI selection, and so forth to enable modes like center-metering
