5.4.3 Rebuild Plug-ins

After changing the source code, /opt/edgeai-gst-plugins/ext/tiovx/gsttiovxisp, rebuild and reinstall the GStreamer plug-in by running the /opt/edgeai-gst-apps/scripts/install_gst_plugins.sh script.
