7 Functional Safety Targets and Assumptions of Use

AM62A targets ASIL-B as per ISO 26262 and SIL-2 as per IEC 61508 random fault capability on the entire device and targets ASIL-D/SIL-3 (SC 3) systematic capability on the device. AM62A is developed as Safety Element out of Context (SEooC). A list of assumptions of use are provided in the safety manual (available based on request).
