The first instance of EVE has a data memory configuration and a memory-map as listed in Table 8-352.
Memory maps for scalar and vector core are shown in Figure 8-60. An optional MMR field, VEC_MEM_128KB, wraps the VCOP memory map around 128KB, aliasing the A and B sets to the same address range.
