USB3SS: USB Host and Device Non-Functional

Details:

The USB3.1 GEN1 (5Gbps) portion of USB3 Subsystem 0 (USB3SS0) is non-functional in both SuperSpeed Host and SuperSpeed Device mode.

The USB2.0 portion of USB3SS0 is unaffected.

Workaround(s):

Implement USB2.0 on USB3SS0 for non-functional SuperSpeed modes. USB3SS0 supports USB2.0 High-Speed (480Mbps), Full-Speed (12Mbps), and Low-Speed (1.5Mbps) modes of operation when operating in USB Host mode, and USB2.0 High-Speed and Full-Speed modes of operation when operating as a USB Device.
