BTool

BTool is a PC Application capable of sending HCI commands over UART to a USB-connected device. The device is programmed to interpret and execute HCI command. For example, by running the host_test example or a PTM-enabled example. BTool can be used for evaluation and Bluetooth certification. More details on the usage of BTool can be found in the Using BTool Guide.

More information on the network processor configuration and usage can be found in the TI BLE5-Stack User’s Guide. The Host Test sample application is explained in the Host Test Guide.

More information on the HCI interface, as well as details on the HCI vendor specific commands is available in the TI API documentation.
