A.2.3.4 Blocking Receive

Upon a call to a blocking sl_Recv, the host driver issues a command to the SimpleLink network processor device. The driver is blocked, waiting until an async event notifies the driver of a data packet ready to be read within the SimpleLink network processor device. After receiving this async event, the driver continues to read the data packet from the host.
