Auxiliary PSU

This reference design has the additional auxiliary PSU to provide the bias power to the PFC, LLC, SR, and other logic circuits on the board. The converter is powered from the output of the PFC pre-regulator stage and must be able to start up prior to the PFC stage being operational. For this reason, the circuit is designed to operate over a wide input voltage, 100- to 450-VDC. The flyback transformer has three output windings, which are isolated to each other.
