Use the following steps to set up the test:
- Make sure the TMS320F280025C controlCARD board is well inserted and locked at J9 on the main board
- Connect the USB cable from TMS320F280025C controlCARD to the host PC
- Run any UART terminal software on the PC, set the correct UART port at 115200bps, and in ASCII mode
- Connect the AC source cable to the input terminals J1 and J3 on the main board, but do not power up
- Connect the DC load to output terminals J5 and J7 (J5 is DC positive, J7 is DC negative, the load must be isolated with grid and PE line)
- Use a forced-air cooling fan to cool down the heat sink
- Connect current and voltage meters or power analyzer, if needed
