4.1 Hardware Requirements

The hardware for this reference design is composed of the following:

  • 1 TIDA-010938 DC/DC Board
  • 1 TIDA-010938 DC/AC Board
  • TMDSCNCD280039C control card
  • USB Type-C® cable
  • USB isolator
  • Laptop

The following test equipment is needed to power and evaluate the DUT:

  • Isolated 12V, 2A bench style supply for primary board power
  • 2 DC supplies (>500V, >30A)
  • 1 DC load (>520V, > 30A)
  • 1 Bidirectional AC Grid Emulator (> 230VRMS, 20ARMS)
