This report presents the reliability and qualification results for the ADC168M102R-SEP, a dual channel, 16-bit 1-MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) in space-enhanced plastic (SEP). The ADC168M102R-SEP is manufactured with a controlled baseline that has the following:

• Vendor item drawing (VID) V62/24631
• Military temperature range: –55°C to +125°C
• One Fabrication, assembly and test site
• Wafer lot traceability and Radiation lot acceptance testing
• Extended product life cycle
