ADS5296: Octal channel 12-bit, 80 MSPS or quad channel 10-bit, 200 MSPS high-SNR and low-power ADC for phased array architecture radar |

The ADS5296 is a low-power, 12-bit, 8-channel, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with sample rates up to 80 MSPS. However, the device can also be configured to operate as a 4-channel ADC running at 2x the sample rate by interleaving data from two ADC channels. In interleaving mode, the device accepts a double frequency input clock. Each ADC in a pair converts a common analog input signal at alternate rising edges of the 2x input clock. The device can either be configured as a 10-bit, 4-channel ADC with sample rates up to 200 MSPS or as a 12-bit, 4-channel ADC with sample rates up to 160 MSPS. |

The ADS5295 is a low-power, 12-bit, 100-MSPS, 8-channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC). Low power consumption and integration of multiple channels in a compact package make the device attractive for very high channel count data acquisition systems. Several digital functions that are commonly used in systems are included in the device. These functions include a low-frequency suppression mode, digital filtering options, and programmable mapping. |

ADC12D1600RF: 12-bit, 3.2 GSPS RF sampling ADC for high IF sampling architecture radar applications |

The 12-bit 3.2/2.0 GSPS ADC12D1600/1000RF is an RF-sampling GSPS ADC that can directly sample input frequencies up to and above 2.7 GHz. The ADC12D1600/1000RF augments the very large Nyquist zone of TI’s GSPS ADCs with excellent noise and linearity performance at RF frequencies, extending its usable range beyond the third Nyquist zone. |
