Popular RF solutions use often same PCB but a different components, optimized for each Sub-1Ghz ISM band. The discussed reference design implements an "in-system" tunable RF solution, which operates in the 315, 433, 868 or 915 MHz bands, and switches dynamically between all those bands. Antenna switch selects which of the two PCB antenna for 315/433 and 868/915 MHz or the SMA connector is used.
