What does regenerating a new API key do?

Clicking the Regenerate Key button on the API Keys and Access page disables your old API key and any processes and applications currently using it. Only those in an administrator role can regenerate API keys. You will receive a new key and an email confirming your action with the subject line, “myTI company account API key change.”
