How do I change a user's role on my myTI company account?

A super administrator or administrator can change user roles on a myTI company account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your myTI dashbaord.
  2. Go to the “Your team" page.  
  3. On the “Manage your team” page, locate the user you want to update and click the pencil icon.
  4. On the “Edit team member” page, select a new role for the user from the drop-down menu in the "Role" field.
