How do I change a user's role on my myTI company account?
A super administrator or administrator can change user roles on a myTI company account by following these steps:
- Log in to your myTI dashbaord.
- Go to the “Your team" page.
- On the “Manage your team” page, locate the user you want to update and click the pencil icon.
- On the “Edit team member” page, select a new role for the user from the drop-down menu in the "Role" field.
