How can I identify a user's role?

If a user of a company account would like to know another user's role:

1. Log into your myTI company account.
2. Navigate to your myTI dashboard.
3. In the left-hand navigation, under Company account, click Your team.
4. Now, in the Manage your team page, a table shows each user's name, email address, role, status, and date added.
