Error message: "Please enter valid..."
The text fields where customers fill in their information (address, name etc.) only accept characters from the English alphabet.
When trying to use invalid letters or characters, customers will receive an error message and not be able to proceed until corrected.
Please view the below for recommendations if desiring to use specific letters or characters.
- Instead of ẞ, use ss
- Instead of ä, ö, ü, use a, o, u.
- Do not add spaces to a phone number, use dashes or no spaces (e.g. 123-456-7899)
