Why did I get an error message with “A valid tax exemption has not been found for the company name and state used in the shipping address you have provided. Please update the company name provided and shipping state or continue with a taxable order. If you have any questions, please contact <email address> from your company”?

The company name and state must match the submitted tax exemption certificate. If your company name is not an exact match, we cannot approve the order. You will get an error message to contact the email address that was provided in association with the submission of the tax exempt certificate. If you are still having issues, please create a new case with through the Customer support center and then TI store tax exemption. Select ”I have a question on an existing US tax exemption” from the drop down menu.
