Driver & occupant monitoring ECU with local camera

Block diagram

Overview

Our integrated circuits and reference designs help you design size and power-efficient driver an occupant monitoring electronic control unit (ECU) with local camera systems to reliably monitor driver traits. Our power, signal chain and embedded processing products enable various system architectures from modular up to a fully-integrated monitoring system.

Design requirements

  • Illumination solutions with fast on/off times for accurate imager shutter synchronization.
  • DSP processes at low-power consumption to reduce total-system power consumption and solution size.
  • Size and efficiency optimized power solutions simplify system design.
