概要

TI の IC とリファレンス・デザインは、半導体および他の機器の高精度テストと特性評価に使用する高精度ソース測定ユニット (source measurement units、SMU) の製作に貢献します。

設計要件

次世代ソース測定ユニットの要件：

  • 高電圧での電流の生成能力と測定能力。
  • ダイナミック・レンジが広く、精度の高い制御機能と測定機能。
  • パラメータの調整とエージェントの使用状況の監視に使用する直観的なインターフェイス。
  • デバイスの自己発熱を防止するパルス・モードのサポート。
