Overview

Vehicle-to-X (V2X) is the next big step in telematics being driven primarily by the US Department of Transportation. A multi-point network allows vehicles to pass information to and from "anything". Our reference designs and integrated circuits enable higher bandwidth and smaller solution sizes, empowering you to create smaller, faster and more efficient V2X designs.

Design requirements

The benefits of V2X include:

  • Safe and reliable communication between vehicles, infrastructure and the cloud.
  • Improve traffic with DSRC and cellular-based communication.
  • Higher level of connectivity to and from the vehicle.
