Overview

The ADS1285 evaluation module (EVM) performance demonstration kit (PDK) is a platform that combines the ADS1285EVM-PDK and a precision host interface (PHI) controller board. The PHI controller board allows the ADS1285EVM to connect to a computer via a USB port, which interfaces with software that is designed for complete evaluation of the ADS1285.

  • Onboard 3.3-V unipolar and ±2.5-V bipolar analog supply
  • Onboard DAC1282 for producing signals and calibration
  • Onboard 5-V unipolar digital supply
  • Onboard 16.384-MHz crystal oscillator with divide by 2, 4 and 8 clock dividers
  • Built-in analysis tools including scope, fast Fourier transform (FFT) and histogram displays
  • USB powered; no external power supply required for unipolar

  • USB micro-B plug to USB-A plug cable
