Overview
The AFE10004 evaluation module (EVM) is an easy-to-use platform for evaluating the functionality and performance of the AFE10004 product. AFE10004 is a 6-channel, 13-bit, buffered-voltage-output, digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that features high-speed analog switches on dedicated output pins to allow for fast switching between two DAC channels. The DAC features high capacitive-load drive capability and configurable current limits. In addition, AFE10004 features four look-up tables that allow for temperature compensation of the outputs.
