Overview

The BMS050 evaluation module (EVM) is a complete charger module for evaluating the BQ25622 3.5-A, up to 18-V input I²C-controlled single-cell (1S) NVDC charger.

Features
  • Screw in terminal blocks for connecting external power supplies, load simulators and battery simulators and thermistors or real battery packs
  • USB mini connector for connecting to USB power supply and ILIM pin resistor for setting the charger's input current limit
  • Connections for optional EV2400 interface board controllers
  • Test points for key voltage signals and 10-mΩ series resistors to easily measure input, system or battery current
  • This circuit design is tested and includes a user guide with example test setup
