Overview

The LM74930-Q1 evaluation module (EVM) is a platform for evaluating the operation and performance of the LM74930-Q1 ideal diode controller in reverse battery-protection applications. LM74930Q1EVM demonstrates how LM74930-Q1 controls two back-to-back N-channel power MOSFETs to emulate an ideal diode rectifier with surge stopper, circuit breaker and overvoltage protection.

  • 4-A and 6-A adjustable overcurrent protection using onboard jumpers
  • Programmable circuit-breaker timer
  • Enable or disable reverse current blocking using MODE pin
