Overview
The LMG2100 evaluation board is an easy to use power stage that can be configured as buck converter, boost converter or other converter topology using a half bridge. This EVM features a LMG2100R026 device, GaN FETs with integrated driver.
Features
- Input voltage operates up to 90V DC
- LMG2100R026 devices 100V, 2.6mohm GaN FETs with integrated driver
- Open-loop control with single or dual PWM signals
- Configurable on-board dead-time adjustment by simple resistor change
- Slew-rate adjustment using series resistors along with CBOOT and CVCC
- On-board LDO for generating 5V VCC supply from an unregulated supply between 5.5V and 10V
