This reference design uses the UCC28742 flyback controller to generate two outputs, 23 V @ 1.0 A and 5.0 V @ 0.15 A, from a three-phase input. UCC28742 uses an optical coupler to regulate the output and to improve transient response. The valley-switching technique reduces switching losses and keeps the efficiency high.
