Overview

The TLV3602EVM is designed to evaluate the high-speed TLV3602 comparator. The evaluation module has layout options intended to make it simple to evaluate timing performance with different measurement tools.

  • Ability to measure outputs with multiple measurement methods (SMA, active probe)
