Overview

The TPS25854-Q1 is an integrated USB charging port solution which includes a synchronous DC/DC converter capable of supplying up to 3 A and integrated detection and control for implementing automatic DCP mode and USB Type-C™ ports.

Features
  • 5.5-V to 26-V (40-V abs. max) input range current mode control DC-DC converter
  • Automatic DCP and USB Type-C rev. 1.3 compliant
  • Thermal management with NTC function
  • User Programmable VBUS Current Limit and internal VCONN current limiting
  • AEC-Q100:
    • Temperature grade 1
    • HBM and CDM ESD
