The TPS61390 is a step-up converter with the current mirror and sample / hold circuitry being integrated, which is designed for biasing and monitoring the avalanche photodiodes (APD) in the optical receivers. The TPS61390 supports up to 85-V output from an input ranging from 2.5 V to 5.5 V. The switching peak current is up to 800 mA and the switching frequency is 1.2 MHz.
