Overview

UCC23514EVM is designed for evaluating UCC23514, which is an isolated single-channel gate driver with 4.5-A source and 5.3-A sink peak current capability. This EVM serves as a reference design for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs with up to 33-V drive voltage, and can be configured via jumpers for various UCC23514 variants.
