Release Information

The SimpleLink Wi-Fi SDK delivers components that enable engineers to develop connected applications on Texas Instruments Wi-Fi micro-controller devices. The product is comprised of multiple software components and examples of how to use these components together. In addition, examples are provided to demonstrate the use of each functional area and each supported device and as a starting point for your own projects.

What's new

NOTE: The 4.xx SDKs require CCS v10.0.0 or newer

  • Image Creator SysConfig preview - Create an image for the CC3x20 and CC3x35 devices and program the image using SysConfig tool. This version includes a preview of the tool in local_ota CCS TIRTOS examples
  • Support Gen3 2.4GHz only devices - CC3230S/SF. the examples for the CC3235 are compatible for the CC3230 devices
  • Updated the structure of the MQTT client examples (no functional change)
