Release Information

The SimpleLink MSP432E4 SDK delivers components that enable engineers to develop applications on Texas Instruments micro-controller devices. The product is comprised of multiple software components and examples of how to use these components together. In addition, examples are provided to demonstrate the use of each functional area and each supported device and as a starting point for your own projects.

What's new

  • Please refer to the Documentation Overview for the individual release notes for details for each SDK component
  • SimpleLink Platform level changes are available in SimpleLink Core SDK Release Notes
  • This release supports the production release of SysConfig. All TI-Driver based examples have been updated to use sysconfig. The drivers/empty_legacy example is provided as an example of how TI-Driver based applications were supported in earlier releases.
  • MSP432E411Y-BGAEVM Board is support has been added to Sysconfig
  • USBlib examples with RTOS are now configurable via Sysconfig.
  • MSP432E4 USB Windows Drivers have been included in this release.
  • A new version of Driverlib(Version - 1.11.00.03) component is included in this release. Please refer to the Driverlib Release notes for details
