Welcome to the MSP-EXP430FR2433 LaunchPad development kit forward tour. The LaunchPad kit offers a low cost rapid prototyping platform for evaluating the MSP430FR2433 ultra low power microcontroller. The 16-bit MSP430 FR2433 MCU operates up to 16 megahertz and features an 8-channel, 10-bit ADC, four 16-bit timers, one I2C port, two SPI ports, and two UARTs in a four-by-four VQFN package.

The LaunchPad also includes an eZ-FET emulator, with a target MCU for programming the MSP430FR2433; a micro USB connector; a reset button; jumpers to isolate the debug probe from the target MCU; two user buttons; a selectable 32.768 kilohertz crystal; 20-pin BoosterPack headers to add support for displays, wireless interfaces, sensors, and other capabilities; red and green LEDs; an optional LED disconnect jumper; and compatibility for an optional supercapacitor that can act as a power source for low power operation.

This modular evaluation kit provides the flexibility needed to evaluate and develop using the MSP430FR2433 Value Line Sensing Microcontroller. For more information, please visit the link shown. Happy developing.
