Overview of industrial applications that require low quiescent current

Low quiescent current (Iq) consumption of dc-dc converters is a major feature that helps achieve longer battery life cycles and high efficiency at ultra-light loads.  This training session will cover examples of two industrial applications where low quiescent current operation has significant benefits: high-cell-count battery packs and field transmitters.
