The UCC5870-Q1 is a TI Functional Safety-Compliant, isolated, 15A single-channel gate driver with integrated protection and monitoring features to help mitigate and prevent failures from occurring in HEV/EV traction inverter systems. It supports up to 1-kVRMS working voltage and greater than 100V/ns common mode noise immunity (CMTI).
