Network synchronizers continue to build on clock generator and jitter cleaner type devices with improved handling clock or time references.  In this module we'll discuss how network synchronizers are commonly implemented using DPLLs (digital phase locked loop) and many of the key parameters and specifications you should be aware of when selecting a network synchronizer.
