In this video, we will present a new 230VAC/ 2kW power stage using GaN technology. Advantages of GaN devices in motor drive applications such as higher efficiency, heatsink elimination and higher controllability are highlighted. The board also uses delta-sigma modulators for both current and DC-Link voltage sensing to achieve robust and accurate sensing. Moreover, C2000 motor control is used to boost the system efficiency. 

The combination of GaN technology, Delta-Sigma sensing and C2000 will help you maximize the performance of your motor drive.
