The Indian Employee Network strengthens well-being of TIers by developing the physical and mental well-being.

Driving growth in professional and personal life goals and celebrating culture.

And enable giving back via community involvement.

When I came in and joined the Indian Employee Network, I actually saw that suddenly I had so many people to reach out to. I could really talk and engage, talk about like-minded topics, and maybe even think about doing something about it.

It actually gives you a comfortable environment where you feel you belong to.

There are enough opportunities available because there are so many people who've done well within TI that are leaders from the Indian community who are sitting at a good position to be able to mentor us and guide us, how do we really shape up our career? But at the same time, there are enough avenues available to really focus on emotional well-being, spirituality, mindfulness, creating support for family infrastructure and some sort of physical activities as well.

After working a few years at TI, when I joined IEN, it gave me an opportunity to meet with people, network with people outside my work group. And it also involved participating in various events and activities where I could really work with others.

For me, it fulfilled my trifecta, per se. I would say engage, involve, and make a difference. It gave me an opportunity to engage with a wide variety of people, involve into some cultural initiative, and then, of course, make a difference. I could really see some difference being made in people's lives in the community at large.
