TI offers two types of solid-state relay devices, isolated switches and isolated switch drivers, commonly used for pre-charge systems, isolation checks, and high voltage monitoring. Capactive isolation and magnetic transformer technologies allow these devices to achieve a high isolation rating and small solution size while helping protect operators. These devices are typically found in HEV/EV and grid infrastructure applications.
