7.3.3.1 Internal Voltage Reference

The ADC3683-SP has a 1.6V reference that may be used in the absence of an external reference. A 10µF decoupling capacitor and a 0.1µF decoupling capacitor should be connected between VREF and REFGND. The capacitors should be placed as close to the device pins as possible.
