8.7 Reference-Voltage Thermal-Hysteresis Measurement

Internal reference-voltage thermal hysteresis is defined as the change in reference voltage after operating the device at TA = 25°C, cycling the device through the TA = 0°C to 85°C temperature range for ten minutes at each temperature and returning to TA = 25°C. The internal reference thermal hysteresis is defined in Equation 7:
