9.4.1.1 Continuous Conversion Mode

To start ADC1 conversions, take the START pin high or send the START1 command. In this mode, ADC1 continuously converts until stopped by taking the START pin low or by sending the STOP1 command. To restart a conversion in progress, toggle the START pin or send a STOP1 and START1 command sequence. DRDY is driven high if conversions are restarted. DRDY is driven low when the conversion data are ready. See Figure 9-38 and Table 9-12 for stop-to-DRDY timing requirements in order to stop further conversions.
