8.1 Offset Temperature Drift Measurement

Offset temperature drift is defined as the maximum change of offset voltage measured over the specified temperature range. The offset voltage drift is input referred and is calculated using the box method, as described by Equation 1:

Equation 1. Offset Voltage Drift = (VOSMAX – VOSMIN) / (TMAX – TMIN)

where

  • VOSMAX and VOSMIN are the maximum and minimum offset voltages, respectively
  • TMAX and TMIN are the maximum and minimum temperatures, respectively, over the specified temperature range
