PRODUCTION DATA.
In automatic recovery mode, after a OTSD event, normal operation starts again (motor driver operation and the nFAULT line released) when the junction temperature falls to less than the overtemperature threshold limit minus the hysteresis (TOTSD – THYS). The OTSD bit stays latched high indicating that a thermal event occurred until a clear faults command is issued either through the CLR_FLT bit or an nSLEEP reset pulse. This is the default mode for a OTSD event in the H/W device.
