8.1.2 Output Data Rate

The output data rate of (or the conversion time) LDC1001 depends on the sensor frequency, ƒsensor and RESPONSE_TIME field in LDC Configuration register(Address:0x04). The maximum sample rate requires a RESPONSE_TIME setting of 192 and a sensor frequency of 5 MHz.
