Power Supply Recommendations

The LDC1001 is designed to operate from an analog supply range of 4.75 V to 5.25 V and digital I/O supply range of 1.8 V to 5.25 V. The analog supply voltage should be greater than or equal to the digital supply voltage for proper operation of the device. The supply voltage should be well regulated. If the supply is placed more than a few centimeters from the LDC1001, additional bulk capacitance may be required in addition to the ceramic bypass capacitors. A capacitor with a value of 10 µF is usually sufficient.
