Program Procedure

After VCC powering up, the device can be initialized by configuring chip_en = 1. Then the CONFIG registers can be set to the excepted configuration. After updating the CONFIG registers, one update command must to be sent to make the configuration effective. Either manual mode or autonomous mode can be seleted for each LED. A new configuration is only effective once update command is received.
